Internal Responsibilities
As a Senior Director of the software engineering division, you will apply your org leadership experience and extensive knowledge of software architecture to lead software engineering organization which designs, develops, deploys and operates highly available large-scale distributed services for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

- Establish and develop the organization to meet and execute on strategy.
- Partner across OCI organizations to build reliable, scalable, and operable cloud infrastructure.
- Deliver large scale projects on-time with the high quality.

Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience leading teams building and operating highly available, production-grade large-scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals and configuration management is highly desirable.
- Experience driving modern software development and deployment practices - CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and deployment workflows for large-scale distributed systems.
- Demonstrated org leadership, including defining and driving organizational goals, managing managers, mentoring for growth, and leading cross-org initiatives.
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
