FedEx Contractor needs experienced delivery driver. Driver must have 1 year minimum, verifiable, experience driving a FedEx size vehicle or larger. Candidates MUST have a clean driving record. If you have any at fault accidents or tickets, please don't waste your time responding.
Duties include loading vehicle, learning Windows based scanner, safely driving and delivering around 90-160 stops per day, and minimal paperwork. This position starts around 7:30- 8a.m. and continues until deliveries are done. Each day the finish time will vary depending on volume and traffic conditions and scheduled pickups.
Work days are Monday to Sunday including weekend availability. This is a physically demanding job, must be able to lift packages up 150lbs on occasion and you will need to pass a d.o.t. drug screen and physical to qualify. Must be over 21. Pay is based on performance. When responding, include what type and size of vehicle you have experience driving, and for how long.

Skills
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving box trucks or similar vehicles preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling of packages regularly throughout the day.
- Knowledge of route driving best practices, traffic laws, and safety procedures.
