What you´ll do
- Handle all returned products and merchandise. Communicate with Customer Service to obtain required return authorizations and documentation
- Inspect returned items, document findings, and adjust inventory in the WMS.
- Tear down scrap merchandise and dispose of unusable material according to company procedures.
- Prepare and file all necessary documentation and forms to finalize and close out returned goods.
- Maintain accurate records of all return items.
- Review incoming materials and coordinate with Quality Control
- Support Distribution Operations
