The Recruitment Partner leads full-cycle recruitment for
multiple locations across North America, partnering with hiring managers and HR
teams to attract, assess, and hire top talent across skilled, unskilled,
technical, and professional roles. This role delivers strategic sourcing
solutions, ensures an exceptional candidate experience, and supports
organizational hiring objectives through strong stakeholder partnerships,
operational excellence, and compliance with recruitment best practices.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for a diverse portfolio of positions across multiple locations, from intake through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and leadership to define talent needs, develop hiring strategies, and build talent pipelines.
- Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Deliver a consistent, positive candidate experience while maintaining accurate ATS records and ensuring process compliance.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to share market intelligence, improve recruiting practices, and support continuous process enhancements.
