Our Senior UX Designer will have a track record of outstanding interactive design work across a range of categories and applications. You’ll be able to rally and lead less-experienced designers in a highly collaborative environment. And, you’ll bring solid communication skills to present concepts and strategies to your clients, stakeholders and colleagues.

What you’ll do
- Confidently execute the design vision, while working in collaboration with the Product and Technology leads
- Influence strategic decisions across teams
- Create workflows and wireframes that map out detailed interactions
- Create low- and high-fidelity mockups that communicate high-level design
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand audience needs and define requirements
- Collaborate with the UI development and ADA team to provide ADA compliance design
- Participate in design research as needed
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in interaction design and user-based research methods
- Mastery of creative tools—such as Figma—for documenting solutions and visual communication
- Comfortable working independently and within a team—always delivering high-quality work
- Thorough grasp of how to integrate research, design, technical development and business strategy
- Excellent presenter, with a natural ability to tell a compelling story and persuade audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in design, psychology, communication, computer science or related area
- Online portfolio of exceptional work showcasing your problem-solving skills in the digital and mobile space

Salary Range
$100,000.00 - $165,600.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
