Position Summary
This position is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing inventory, with a strong focus on monitoring email inquiries and analyzing inventory reports. The role collaborates closely with multiple internal teams, including operations pharmacists, fulfillment technicians, operations assistants, pharmacy services representatives, and inventory analysts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory transactions and distribution activities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to inventory-related email inquiries
- Review and interpret inventory reports to support daily operations
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external locations
- Accurately perform data entry related to inventory movement
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Data entry experience required
- Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) to inventory processes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Ability to interpret and follow policies, procedures, and instructions
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Current pharmacy technician license or certification of training, as required by individual State Pharmacy Regulations
Licensing Requirement

Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in an inventory or warehouse environment
- One year of experience in purchasing, receiving, or inventory control
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Compensation:
Starting pay rates are based on experience, ranging from: $18.50/hr to $20.02/hr

The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 - $28.46
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
