We’reseekinga portfolio-minded, analytically strong, and execution-oriented Manager to join the Portfolio Intelligence & Performance team within BusinessOperations. This role will lead deep-dive analytics across priority growth levers, translate findings into a cohesive value story, and support leadership decision-making across growth portfolio oversightand value realization.Therole will also help advance the Portfolio Intelligence Storyboard as a centralized decision-support capability for executive reporting and portfolio management.

Partneracross Business Operations and cross-functional teams to build, enhance, and scale the Portfolio Intelligence Storyboard, including KPI definitions and reporting standards that enable consistent, trusted executive reporting.
Manage the analytics team budget and trackportfolio analytics investments against plan, connectingresource allocation to business value, risks, and leadership decisions.
5+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, strategy analytics, or a related field, withdemonstratedability to structure ambiguous business questions and translate quantitative insights into decision-support materials.
Strongproficiencyin Python, SQL, or another programming language, with experience working with large relational datasets in platforms such as Azure Databricks, Snowflake, Google Cloud, or similar environments.
Strong foundationin statistics, quantitative methods, experimentation, causal measurement, and performance evaluation to assess business impact and value realization.
Strong communicationand storytelling skills, with the ability to synthesize complex analytical findings into concise narratives, executive materials, and actionable recommendations.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), along with an understanding of how backend data structures and pipelines support executive-facing dashboards.
Proven project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate cross-functional inputs, and deliver high-quality outputs with attention to detail and timeliness.
Experience supporting portfolio performance management, capital planning, ROI assessment, or value measurement frameworks is strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree inaquantitative, analytical, business, or related field such as Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Engineering, Operations Research, ora comparablediscipline.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
