- Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems supporting production healthcare workloads.
- Design, implement, and support highly available enterprise infrastructure solutions that support Oracle Health Managed Services customers and mission-critical healthcare applications.
- Serve as a senior technical resource for VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), including architecture, deployment, lifecycle management, upgrades, and operational support.
- Administer and optimize VMware vCenter environments, ensuring performance, scalability, availability, and compliance with operational standards.
- Manage Cisco Intersight infrastructure operations, including server lifecycle management, hardware monitoring, policy administration, and automation initiatives.
- Administer and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) environments, including application delivery, desktop virtualization, performance optimization, and user experience improvements.
- Manage Microsoft Windows Server operating systems, including Active Directory integration, Group Policy administration, patch management, and system hardening.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft SQL Server environments, ensuring database availability, performance, backup integrity, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Lead complex infrastructure projects, including platform migrations, technology refreshes, capacity planning, and modernization efforts.
- Develop and implement automation solutions using scripting and infrastructure-as-code methodologies to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Monitor system health, performance, and capacity across compute, storage, virtualization, and database platforms, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including networking, security, database, application, and cloud engineering teams to deliver integrated technology solutions.
- Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and problem management activities for critical production environments.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, architecture diagrams, and knowledge articles.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership, guidance, and best practices across infrastructure operations.
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and operational requirements applicable to healthcare and managed services environments.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide escalation support for critical infrastructure services.
