As a Proposal Material Program Manager (MPM) Analyst, you'll assist with the Supply Chain proposal efforts for the Air and Space Defense Systems portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to help in shaping and executing a new combined bid and procurement strategy for the customer.
As a successful MPM Analyst, you’re a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and can help to drive change through creative problem solving.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in supporting program proposal kickoffs and strategy development, balancing strategic thinking with tactical application of strategies to programs.
- Helping to generate and/or collect necessary documentation for successful proposals, including sole source justifications, DD254 facilitation, EX/IM planning and gathering entrance criteria needed to kick off the requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Assisting in developing and executing to supply chain proposal strategy in support of all program gate review and risk and opportunity management reviews.
- Working closely with Engineering, Quality and Operations to create a common schedule based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
- Helping to ensure proposal compliance to DFAR/FAR and TINA compliance.
