Description
Leidos is seeking a Support Coordinator to provide operational, administrative, and technical assistance coordination support for CDC Division of HIV Prevention (DHP) programs and data management activities. This role supports request intake, workflow coordination, documentation management, operational reporting, meeting coordination, and tracking of technical assistance and program activities. The successful candidate will work closely with program leadership and technical leads to improve operational efficiency, facilitate collaboration, and support timely execution of program priorities.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate intake, assignment, tracking, status reporting, and documentation of technical assistance requests and related program activities.
- Coordinate meetings, action items, schedules, and follow-up activities across program teams.
- Experience supporting onboarding, user support, request management, or helpdesk-style operations.
- Track tasks, deliverables, risks, issues, operational activities, and customer-directed requests.
- Support preparation of reports, dashboards, presentations, meeting minutes, and status updates.
- Maintain documentation repositories, operational records, SOPs, knowledge management assets, and project artifacts.
- Support program communications, meeting coordination, and dissemination of program information and action items.
- Assist with onboarding, training coordination, technical assistance logistics, and user support processes.
- Support process improvement, workload management, operational efficiency, and knowledge management initiatives.
- Collaborate with program managers and technical leads to support program execution, operational continuity, and timely fulfillment of program priorities.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Systems, Communications, Public Health, Health Sciences, or related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience supporting project coordination, operations, program support, administrative functions, customer service, or technical assistance coordination activities.
- Strong organizational, communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Experience tracking multiple tasks, priorities, action items, and stakeholder requests.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting CDC, HHS, or other federal agencies.
- Experience supporting technical assistance coordination, surveillance, research, healthcare, laboratory, analytics, or public health programs.
- Familiarity with workflow management, issue tracking, or project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
- Experience preparing executive briefings, reports, dashboards, meeting documentation, and status reports.
- Experience supporting Agile teams, PMO functions, operational support, knowledge management, or program coordination activities.
- Experience coordinating training events, meetings, workshops, or program support functions.
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed or hybrid teams.
Preferred Certifications:
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM); Agile Fundamentals; Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS); ITIL Foundation; or equivalent certifications.
Work Location and Travel:
This position is primarily remote and open to candidates nationwide. Atlanta-area candidates are preferred to attend occasional in-person meetings or collaboration activities at CDC facilities.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $69,550.00 - $125,725.00
