Hourly Pay:
LVN: $37/hr.
RN: $60/hr
Bonuses offered for becoming a Mentor and completed and Mentorship (training) new nurses. Refer a Friend Bonus for referring an LVN or RN to work with us.

Mon - Fri 9 p.m. - 5 a.m.
Overtime available whenever the client needs shifts filled either during the week or picking up a 6th day on the weekend.
Maxim Healthcare in (Fresno/Merced) is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN or RN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes.

Responsibilities:
- Total Care
- Gtube/Trach care, Pediatric Care.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications:
- Must have 1 year of working LVN or RN exp. No exceptions can be made pursuant to meet California Medicaid standards
- Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice. Same applies to an RN license.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray. We will send you for TB placement/exam. We won't accept outside tb's placed with other employers.
- Current BLS card. We will provide a BLS course here in our office if needed and reimburse the cost for our course 100% upon submission of receipt.
