The bilingual Senior Licensed Pharmacy Researcher is responsible for creating, maintaining, reviewing, and approving English and Spanish clinical drug content used in Oracle Health applications. This individual uses trusted medical and clinical information sources to interpret product information, clinical literature, research studies, and other evidence and translates findings into clear, clinically sound content using internal editorial tools.
As an IC3, the Senior Licensed Pharmacy Researcher serves as a subject matter resource within their content area. The role independently investigates complex content questions, prepares content for data production, and leads content projects from proposal through implementation. The researcher collaborates closely with peers and cross-functional partners, contributes to editorial policy and workflow improvements, supports training and constructive peer feedback, and communicates progress, risks, and recommendations clearly.
This position requires strong clinical judgment, exceptional attention to detail, sound medical-style writing skills, and a commitment to accuracy, consistency, and patient safety. The Senior Licensed Pharmacy Researcher stays current on relevant clinical references, editorial standards, technology, and organizational priorities, including the responsible use of AI-enabled tools to improve research and content workflows.
List of Responsibilities:
- Research, interpret, and analyze clinical and medical literature to create and maintain accurate, evidence-based drug content
- Apply specialized clinical expertise and editorial policies to review and approve clinical content
- Independently investigate complex content issues; determine appropriate resolution or escalation paths
- Monitor trusted drug-information references for new information, updates, and content changes
- Ensure content is prepared for data releases and support quality-assurance activities through reports, queries, and established review processes
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks affecting content development, data production, and client requirements
- Lead projects within the assigned area of expertise, including defining scope, timelines, resource considerations, and completion plans
- Participate as a clinical subject matter expert in client support activities and support requests
- Contribute to editorial-policy, workflow, and work-instruction improvements; document and communicate changes clearly
- Collaborate in a team setting on project discussions, documentation of decisions, and action items
- Maintain clear, timely documentation in designated tools and platforms, including project, workflow, and research records
- Communicate progress, priorities, risks, and challenges proactively to the team and manager
- Collaborate across content areas and flex to support new or evolving business needs
- Use AI tools responsibly to improve research, content creation, and workflow efficiency, adhering to established guidance
