We're looking for a senior-level engagement leader who can operate at the intersection of analytics, consulting, project leadership, business strategy, and enterprise transformation. You'll partner directly with senior leaders, identify opportunities where analytics, automation, and AI can create value, and lead initiatives from intake through delivery.

What You'll Be Doing
Partner with business leaders to understand strategic challenges and opportunities.
Translate business needs into analytics, reporting, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
Lead large-scale initiatives from planning through implementation.
Influence and align stakeholders across multiple business groups.
Drive measurable business value through data-driven decision support.
Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and scale solutions across the enterprise.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on analytics and business strategy initiatives.
Work closely with analytics, technology, and business teams to ensure successful execution.
Experience within banking or financial services is highly valued.
We are looking for:
Experience in data analytics
Proven project management experience leading projects that are analytic centric at large scale
Proven background in relationship management and influencing skills
Required Qualifications
7+ years of Analytics, Reporting, Financial Modeling or Statistics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Machine Learning, Intelligent Automation, or advanced analytics capabilities to improve business outcomes.
Experience identifying and scaling reusable solutions that create enterprise-wide impact and efficiencies Demonstrated proficiency with analytics and data visualization tools and platforms.
Strong experience with analytical programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, SAS, or similar technologies.
Proven ability to design, develop, and scale analytical solutions that drive business outcomes across large, complex organizations.
Experience translating analytical concepts into actionable business recommendations and enterprise-ready solutions.
Desired Qualifications
Knowledge of automation technologies, workflow orchestration tools, low-code/no-code platforms, or AI-enabled productivity solutions.
Knowledge of data governance, data management, and enterprise analytics operating models.
Proven ability to influence strategic decisions through data, insights, and business case development.
Experience working in large-scale, matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholder groups.
The Senior Lead Engagement Manager drives high-impact analytics, reporting, business intelligence, and data-driven engagements across lines of business, serving as the single point of accountability for delivery, stakeholder alignment, and business value realization.
This role operates at the intersection of business strategy, analytics delivery, business consulting, and execution discipline. The ideal candidate brings experience in analytics, reporting development, business intelligence, business analysis, financial analysis, and/or datadriven consulting, enabling them to translate complex business needs into actionable insights and scalable solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
The Senior Lead Engagement Manager partners closely with business leaders, analytics teams, and technology partners to ensure solutions are aligned to enterprise priorities, support informed decision-making, and deliver measurable value.
