What You'll Do
As a School LPN, you will:
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Provide skilled nursing services in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
- Monitor and assess changes in students' physical and psychosocial conditions
- Collect, analyze, and document health information and nursing observations
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers to support student health needs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
? Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in the state of practice
? Current BLS/CPR Certification
? Current TB Test or Chest X-Ray
? Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
? Passion for providing high-quality care in an educational setting
