Develop and document requirements and interfaces, design analysis, modeling and simulation, system integration and trade studies

Coordinate with a cross-discipline team to meet customer/mission planning requirements

Supports Statement of Work (SOW) compliance by developing, documenting, and executing system verification activities

Integrate software and hardware subsystems

Follow a structured data driven approach to solve problems

Contribute to the completion of project/program milestones

Adheres to established systems engineering processes and procedures to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across all project activities

Provide input and guidance to lower-level engineers with tasks and assignments

Analyze data, communicate results, and manage tasks and/or projects.
Qualifications You Must Have:
-
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of eight (8) or more years of relevant experience in software requirements, design, development, integration, and test.

Experience with the full systems engineering lifecycle (V‑model), including writing and executing system qualification tests.

Knowledge of the software lifecycle, including requirements, design, implementation, integration, test, and configuration management.

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer:

Familiarity with V-22 platform

Working knowledge of CAMEO, SYSML and DOORs

Model Base Systems engineering (MBSE)

Agile development environment using Azure DevOps or equivalent

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
