Role Description The Complex General Manager is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Bozeman, MT, responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple Hilton properties within the local complex. This role leads cross-functional hotel teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensure brand standards, and drive revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency. Daily responsibilities include setting strategic and financial goals, monitoring key performance indicators, managing budgets and forecasts, and overseeing sales, marketing, and revenue management efforts. The Complex General Manager collaborates with department heads on staffing, training, service quality, and safety compliance, while fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The role also involves building strong relationships with guests, owners, local community partners, and corporate stakeholders to support long-term business growth.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in multi-property or complex hotel management, including full-service operations oversight and P&L responsibility.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach diverse teams, drive engagement, and cultivate an inclusive, service-focused culture.
- Proficiency in strategic planning, budgeting, financial analysis, and performance management for hospitality operations.
- Experience in sales, marketing, and revenue management, with the ability to optimize occupancy, rate, and overall profitability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with owners, guests, team members, and community stakeholders.
- Knowledge of hotel brand standards, safety and regulatory compliance, and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to manage change, implement process improvements, and leverage technology platforms and property management systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Prior leadership experience with a major hotel brand or in a similar complex general management role strongly preferred.
