Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant EO/IR system experience with hands on experience in the design, analysis, development, troubleshooting, and testing of Electrical and/or Optical subsystems, including familiarity with EO or IR technology

Experience supporting the development of product specifications and requirements management, including distilling, and deriving requirements for lower-level subassemblies and components

System design, trade studies, optimization, and performance assessment
Qualifications We Prefer

Experience supporting reviews associated with formal gating events and testing

Factory production and direct experience with IR FPA design and testing for tactical and/or space environments

Familiarity with vacuum packaging, dewar design, cryogenic cooling, and/or opto-mechanics

Requirements Organization via DOORs

Experience creating analytical models and scripting for data analysis (MATLAB preferred)

Ability to plan, lead, and execute root-cause and corrective-action (RCCA) efforts

Prior experience with ROIC wafer probing, fabrication, integration, verification, and validation for a complex EO/IR system

The salary range for this role is 95,500 USD - 181,700 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
