Overview
Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Painter to join our team. This position is responsible for performing basic painting and touch-up work across multiple commercial properties within an assigned portfolio. The ideal candidate will have previous painting experience, strong customer service skills, and the flexibility to travel between various work locations as needed.
Pay: $21.00 an hour
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Shift: Tuesday - Saturday 7:00am – 3:30 pm

Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior painting projects, including touch-ups, patching, priming, and finishing surfaces.
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, sanding, scraping, masking, and protecting surrounding surfaces.
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service when interacting with tenants, clients, and property management personnel.
- Travel to various buildings within the assigned portfolio to complete painting assignments.
- Inspect painted surfaces and ensure work meets quality standards.
- Properly use and maintain painting tools, equipment, and materials.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures while performing job duties.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist with other minor maintenance-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous professional painting experience required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple job sites.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to travel between multiple locations throughout the workday.
