$1,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time Caregivers
Looking for a rewarding nursing opportunity where you can make a direct impact while enjoying flexibility and support? Maxim Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one care for an 18-year-old male patient in his home in East Dubuque, Illinois.
The patient requires care involving a G-tube, trach, and PRN ventilator support. A detailed plan of care is provided, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

Monday-Friday Evenings
- Preferred schedule: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Initiate and follow the established plan of care, requesting revisions as patient needs change
- Provide therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing interventions
- Monitor patient condition and report significant changes to the physician or supervisor
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered and document patient response
- Support healthcare teaching, care coordination, goal setting, and discharge planning as appropriate
Qualifications
- Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current Health Certificate (per state regulations or contract requirements)
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Current BLS certification
- One year of RN experience preferred
