$1,000 Sign-On Bonus Available for Full-Time Caregivers
Maxim Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one homecare for a 17-year-old female patient in Hampshire, Illinois.
This patient requires skilled nursing care involving TPN administration and G/J-tube management. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with adolescents and supporting a patient with behavioral and mental health challenges in a home setting. Clinical support and guidance are available to help ensure success in the role.

Monday - Friday
- 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Initiate and follow the established plan of care, requesting revisions as patient needs change
- Provide therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing interventions
- Monitor patient condition and communicate changes to the physician or clinical supervisor
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including TPN management
- Maintain accurate documentation and monitor the effectiveness of interventions
- Support patient and family education, care coordination, goal setting, and discharge planning as appropriate
Qualifications
- Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current Health Certificate (per state regulations or contract requirements)
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Current BLS certification
- One year of RN experience preferred
