Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Overnight Homecare nursing
Maxim Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN or LPN to provide 1:1 overnight care for an adult female patient in her home in Naperville, IL.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled nurse who enjoys developing meaningful patient relationships while providing high-quality, individualized care.
Position Details
Patient: Female, 50 years old
Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (choose your own schedule)
Hours: 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM (Overnight Shifts)
Pay: $34–$47/hour, based on license and experience
Required Skills
The patient requires skilled nursing care, including:
- Straight catheterization
- Bowel program management

Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Initiate and follow individualized plans of care
- Provide therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing interventions
- Monitor patient condition and communicate changes to physicians and supervisors
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document care provided and patient response to interventions
- Support healthcare education, care coordination, goal setting, and discharge planning as needed
Qualifications
- Current Illinois RN or LPN license
- Current BLS certification
- Current Health Certificate (per state or facility requirements)
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
- 5+ years of nursing experience preferred, but not required
