Maxim Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide individualized, one-on-one behavioral support services to clients in their homes and throughout the community. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help clients build meaningful skills and achieve greater independence.

Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Provide direct behavioral intervention services in home and community environments
- Collect and accurately document client data and progress
- Assist clients in developing communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills
- Maintain professional communication with families and clinical team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral needs preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the service area
- Ability to pass all required background screenings
