Cashiers are the most important link in the operation of the parking facility. They are called
upon daily to exercise a high degree of professionalism as they interact with a wide variety of
customers and team members.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the Cashier include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Maintains a high standard of customer service
• Complete all company and airport customer service training
• Responsible for processing all transaction through the cashier terminal
• Responsible for accurately collecting parking fees and making change
• Responsible for providing routine information to the public
• Responsible for verifying retrievals (drops)
• Maintains all records required (tickets, logs, credit card tickets, etc.)
• Responsible for getting a supervisor’s approval on all exception tickets, not to include
validations with proper credentials attached.
• Responsible for assisting AVI customers
• Responsible for training of new hires and maintaining the training checklist
• Keeps assigned booth clean and stocked with normal operation supplies
• Responsible for cash variances for his/her respective shift
• Direct traffic as needed
• Adherence and maintain all company and airport safety training
• All other duties as may be assigned due to operational necessity
Qualifications
Required:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided
Preferred:
• One (1) year of similar experience preferred
