What We Offer You & Your Family
- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
- Pay Rate: $35 -$38 per hour
- Paid Training: Comprehensive onboarding so you feel confident from day one—no prior teaching experience required.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do (Without the Field Burnout)
- Mentor & Teach: Share your real-world insights, troubleshooting tips, and industry stories in an engaging, climate-controlled learning environment.
- Lead Hands-On Training: Guide students through practical demonstrations and diagnostics without the pressure of billing hours or rushing to the next job site.
- Collaborate: Work alongside an education team to keep courses aligned with modern HVACR tech trends and advancements.
- Promote Safety: Instill safety procedures and best practices in a secure, well-equipped workshop setting.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4 years of practical work experience in the HVACR field within the past 10 years (excludes teaching)
- Certifications: EPA 608/Universal is highly valued.
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the patience to guide beginners who are eager to learn what you already master.
