Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one care for an adult patient in the home setting.

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to an adult patient in the home environment
- Complete patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Follow and update the patient care plan as needed
- Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and the clinical team
- Deliver patient and family education
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Respond appropriately to changes in patient status
Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
- One year of nursing experience preferred
- Homecare, trach/vent, pediatric, or critical care experience is a plus
- Excellent assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a homecare setting
