The Digital Center of Excellence (DCOE) Production Team serves as an in-house creative agency responsible for developing and producing best-in-class digital content that brings Disney's iconic brands, franchises, and stories to audiences around the world.
We're looking for a talented Associate Preditor (Producer+Editor) to join our team. This hybrid Producer/Editor role is ideal for a creative storyteller who thrives throughout the entire content production process—from concept development and production through editing and final delivery. You'll create compelling digital-first content that supports theatrical releases, streaming platforms, television brands, social media, YouTube, Disney+, with a focus of producing/editing vertical assets from library content.
This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with marketers, creatives, producers, designers, creators, and cross-functional partners to develop engaging content for some of the world's most recognizable entertainment brands.
Produce Engaging Digital Content
Edit content optimized for multiple digital platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and Disney+.
Create polished deliverables by incorporating footage, music, graphics, sound design, and motion graphics.
Deliver quick-turn creative assets for premieres, conventions, live events, and breaking entertainment moments.
Drive Creative Storytelling
Stay current on digital storytelling trends, creator content, audience behaviors, and platform best practices.
Work closely with producers, designers, editors, marketers, and creative leads to bring campaigns to life.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Media Encoder.
Demonstrated experience creating content for social media, YouTube, streaming, or digital platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, Advertising, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
The hiring range for this position in Glendale is $87,100 to $116,800 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
