What You'll Do
·Provide one on one ABA therapy services to children and adolescents
·Implement individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
·Help clients build communication, social, play, and daily living skills
·Promote positive behaviors and support client progress toward treatment goals
·Collect and document session data using a mobile application
·Collaborate with BCBAs, supervisors, families, and care teams
·Encourage growth, independence, and meaningful developmental milestones

Qualifications
·Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
·High School Diploma or GED required
·Some College Education/Credits preferred but not required
·Experience working with children on the autism spectrum required
·Strong communication and interpersonal skills
·Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative clinical team
·Comfortable using technology for documentation and data collection
·Basic life support certification required
·Compassionate, dependable, and committed to helping children succeed
