The Program Integrator will be responsible for overseeing projects across the Precision Fires Launchers and Missiles (PFLM) portfolio of programs serving as the liaison between PFLM Leadership, project management, project team, and the programs.
What You Will Be Doing
The individual will be responsible for supporting program operations, and translating strategic initiatives into actionable outcomes. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Anticipates Vice President & Program Management Director needs and proactively identify areas for collaboration and integration inside and outside of PFLM.
• Participates in meetings as directed by the VP&PM Directors, tracking action items, establishing deadlines for follow up and ensuring closure.
• Oversees the business rhythm and proactively manages planning and execution of meetings for the line of business.
• Ability to demonstrate good judgement, and understands the requirement to maintain confidentiality.
• Partners with other members of the leadership team and executive support staff to achieve objectives.
• Advises and collaborates with key stakeholders on VP requests, roll out of key initiatives, etc.
• Develops key presentations, briefings, and communications in support of the VP, including presentations and correspondence.
• Coordinates requests for information and distill inputs into the most salient points for use at the executive level, including Senior Leadership meetings, weekly situational reports, quarterly updates, etc.
• Ability to be flexible to the demands of the business priorities.
• The candidate must be willing to work extended hours and travel when needed. Preferred work location is MFC Dallas, TX with the ability to travel 25% per month.

Basic Qualifications
• Generally has 5+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline.
• Program Execution (project management or member of program team).
• Must have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
• Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leader competencies.
• Experience with affordability and transformation initiatives.
• Exceptional executive presence and interpersonal communication and formal presentations skills, including the ability to interface to all levels of management.
• Professional maturity and awareness to manage sensitive information, while maintaining a level of trust with business leaders and business executives.
• Proven ability to operate effectively and independently, in a fast-paced environment, with minimal direction.
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Must be able to build effective relationships and balance interests of multiple stakeholders; uses diplomacy and tact; can diffuse high-tension situations comfortably.
• Experience with complex project management. Must be able to prioritize multiple projects and competing priorities and produce results under deadline pressure; must have sharp attention for details and accuracy.
• Data analytic skills with demonstrated ability to quickly review data and produce reports or presentations as appropriate.
• Effective written and verbal communications skills including ability to be tailor style to an executive audience.
• Demonstrated, sustained high performance in all assignments.
• Ability to travel as needed and be flexible to the demands of the business priorities.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
