Performs short-term assignments in administrative organizations (e.g., Finance, Human Resources, Contracts, Planning, Materiel) during vacations and short-term breaks prior to attending college.

The selected candidate will work in a dynamic environment, providing data entry support, developing analysis tools, and/or creating simple web based data browsers. Strong database entry skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and organizational abilities are essential. Basic Qualifications
• Currently enrolled in high school (16 years old or older)
• Strong academic record
• Proven experience with database entry and spreadsheet applications (Excel, Google Sheets).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot data inconsistencies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated organizational abilities and capability to manage multiple tasks.
Desired Skills
• Basic programming/scripting experience (Python, JavaScript, or VBA).
• Familiarity with web development concepts (HTML/CSS, simple JavaScript frameworks)
• Exposure to AI or machine learning tools (e.g., chat based assistants, data analysis bots)
• Interest in aerospace, defense technologies
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $15.20 - $23.26

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
