Facilitate clear communication and collaboration between leadership and engineering teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Build and maintain accurate project schedules, including milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and cost data.

Lead weekly meetings and project reviews to track progress, status, open issues, and upcoming priorities.
-
Provide timely and accurate updates to program cost and schedule tools and support monthly EVMS reporting cycles.
-
Participate in program reviews, Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), and internal/external surveillance activities.
-
Identify and manage risks and opportunities affecting assigned control accounts, and potential mitigation strategies as well.
-
Lead baseline and change control planning, development and execution, aligned with Collins processes and EVMS guidelines.
-
Collaborate with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and cross-functional partners to ensure technical execution aligns with the approved baseline.

Analyze performance trends, cost data, resource needs, and forecasting reports.
-
Monitor cost and schedule performance and analyze variances and develop actionable recovery plans when needed.
-
Ensure adherence to company processes and recommend improvements to enhance project scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.

Qualifications you must have:
-
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
-
Experience in Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and Control Account Management (CAM), or related applications/programs to support such activities, as SAP, Primavera, ISAT or similar.
-
Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, and cost control fundamentals, with analytical skills and ability to interpret performance metrics and trend data.
-
Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, ISAT, or similar.
-
Demonstrated professional experience communicating in English (verbal and written).
-
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience leading and managing multifunction and complex engineering projects
-
Familiarity with the Aerospace and Defense industries
-
Experience using Microsoft Project, Excel and EVMS programs
-
Experience with recovery planning and mitigation strategies
-
Knowledge of cost and schedule integration
-
Resource management experience
-
Experience supporting IBRs, PMRs, and Joint Surveillance activities
-
PMP, EVMS certification, or similar project management credential
-
Technical understanding of engineering development, qualification, or production processes relevant to Collins products
-
Understanding of project management theory and methodologies
-
Experience with full product life cycle across systems, hardware, software, or mechanical disciplines
