As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll play a key role in delivering a welcoming, efficient, and positive onboarding experience for new hires. What You'll Do
- Serve as a key onboarding resource, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from offer acceptance through day one.
- Coordinate and complete all pre-employment and onboarding requirements, including background checks, verifications, and required documentation.
- Manage the collection, processing, and tracking of new hire paperwork while maintaining compliance and accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, and internal partners throughout the hiring process.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and cross-functional teams to support efficient, compliant, and candidate-focused hiring practices.
- Maintain and validate employee and onboarding data with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Educate candidates and hiring teams on onboarding processes, answer questions, and provide ongoing support.
- Identify process improvement opportunities, meet established performance metrics, and contribute to continuous enhancement of the onboarding experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous onboarding, recruiting coordination, HR administration, customer service, or related experience preferred.
- Prior experience supporting employee onboarding processes is highly valued.
- Experience working within an HRIS, preferably ADP Lyric HCM, is strongly preferred.
- Experience managing employment eligibility verification processes, including ADP eI-9, is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, email, and internet-based applications.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on candidate experience.

Compensation
$23.00 - $24.00 per hour plus $2,000 annual bonus potential
