LPN – Homecare Nurse – Springfield, MA Area (Adult Overnights)
Pay: $38-$42/hr DOE + $1/hr Overnight Weekend Differential

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one homecare services for an adult patient in Springfield, MA. We are currently hiring for overnight shifts on Mondays, Fridays, every other Thursday, and alternating weekends.
New graduates are encouraged to apply. No prior homecare experience is required.

Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to support and implement patient care plans.
- Perform focused assessments to identify patient needs.
- Monitor and document physiologic and psychosocial changes in patient condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret patient data to support patient care.
- Provide compassionate one-on-one nursing care in the home setting.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Perform other LPN duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Massachusetts.
- Current Health Certificate (per facility requirements).
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS certification.
- Homecare experience preferred but not required.
