Position Summary

This role is ideal for a marketer who thrives on turning strategy into flawless, measurable execution across a variety of initiatives, including paid search, affordability programs, and patient-facing goodwill efforts. Reporting to the Lead Director, Rx Growth Strategic Marketing, the Senior Manager will lead strategy and execution across key Pharmacy Choice initiatives, manage the paid search program supporting Rx growth efforts, and oversee budget stewardship across the portfolio. This individual will partner closely with Media, Creative, Digital, Analytics, Store Experience, Omnichannel, and Pharmacy Operations to ensure programs launch on time, on budget, and deliver measurable impact for patients and the business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategy and execution of Pharmacy Choice marketing initiatives, including Rx goodwill programs, affordability and savings campaigns, and paid search efforts, ensuring alignment with enterprise growth objectives and patient needs
Partner cross-functionally with Media, Creative, Digital, Analytics, Store Experience, Pharmacy Operations, Legal, Compliance, and agency partners to translate strategic priorities into actionable marketing plans, manage execution timelines, identify risks, and ensure successful program launches across channels
Develop and execute patient-facing marketing campaigns and messaging, including creative briefs, channel activation, in-store and digital experiences, and field readiness efforts that build trust, improve access to care, and communicate prescription affordability solutions
Manage and optimize paid search and emerging search strategies, collaborating with media partners to refine keyword strategies, bidding approaches, ad copy, and performance measurement to drive engagement, conversion, and ROI
Own program performance and budget stewardship, including forecasting, spend tracking, reconciliation, KPI reporting, compliance review, and optimization recommendations to maximize marketing effectiveness and investment efficiency
Required Qualifications
4+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record executing integrated marketing, paid media, paid search, or digital marketing programs, preferably within healthcare, retail, consumer marketing, or another highly regulated industry
Experience managing paid search campaigns and partnering with media agencies to develop, optimize, and measure performance-driven marketing strategies
Strong analytical and business acumen, with the ability to leverage data, marketing analytics, and reporting tools to generate actionable insights and improve business outcomes
Experience managing budgets, forecasting spend, tracking performance against plan, and making investment recommendations to maximize marketing effectiveness
Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, supported by strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
6+ years of marketing experience with a strong foundation in healthcare, retail, or consumer marketing
Experience supporting patient affordability, savings, access, or health care consumer engagement programs
Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing, search, and emerging digital media tool

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
