Work You’ll Do
As a Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Program Protection team, you will be responsible for supporting the client's acquisition programs in the identification, protection, and management of critical program information across stakeholders and systems.
- Coordinate with Critical Program Elements (CPEs) and stakeholder groups to load and maintain organic and inherited Critical Program Information (CPI) in the Acquisition Security Database (ASDB).
- Support the identification, documentation, tracking, and protection of CPI to enable horizontal protection across acquisition programs.
- Draft Program Protection Plans (PPPs) to support milestone decisions across acquisition adaptive pathways.
- Review PPPs during headquarters staffing and provide feedback on content, completeness, and alignment to program protection requirements.
- Collaborate with client and stakeholder teams to improve ASDB capabilities, pilot Guided PPP and ePPP tools, and help develop program protection playbooks and recurring working sessions.

Includes design of the cyber organization, governance, and risk assessments.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Secret security clearance required
- Ability to travel 20-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be local to the DMV Area with the ability to come on site 5 days a week.
- 5+ Years of Experience with the following:
- o CPI identification, documentation, and horizontal protection.
- Coordinating across CPEs, acquisition security functions, and program protection stakeholders.
- ASDB, PPP development, and the client's acquisition processes.
Preferred:
- Professional with engineering or technical background.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.

This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $124,700 to $207,800.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
