The Advanced Concepts Analyst will support the RMS Advanced Concepts team in executing high‑visibility strategies, campaigns, and initiatives. Working with senior leadership, you will help develop and maintain roadmaps, coordinate cross‑functional activities, and provide analysis that enables rapid, disruptive business outcomes. This role will be responsible for the following areas:
• Roadmap Support – Assist in building and updating roadmaps, tracking milestones, dependencies, and resourcing needs.
• Data & Analysis – Gather, analyze, and synthesize information from internal teams, customers, and external partners to inform decision making.
• Presentation Prep – Create clear, concise briefing materials and visualizations for senior leadership and stakeholder reviews.
• Partner Coordination – Work with Advanced Concepts Line of Business leads, Go Fast PMO, and cross functional groups to align schedules and resources.
• Market & Competitive Research – Conduct research on customer environments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
• Logistical Support – Organize meetings, track action items, and maintain documentation for strategic initiatives.
Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.
Provides technical and operational services to support electronic and mechanical devices used for training personnel under simulated flying conditions. Troubleshoots complex technical IT problems and issues, determines technical solution. Maintains simulator documentation to include drawings, instructions, parts and software listings, by keeping them current, edited, and revised for future releases. Maintains smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, sets up administrator and user accounts, maintains current system documentation, tunes system performance, installs system wide software, and allocates mass storage space. Performs workstation Network Administration on all networks and ensures compliance to include upgrading, patching, and conducting weekly AV installs. Monitors policies and standards for all locations related to the use of computing resources and coordinates installation and provides backup recovery.
Basic Qualifications
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills; experience preparing presentations for senior audiences.
• Team Collaboration: Demonstrated success working in multi‑disciplinary, cross‑functional teams.
• Technical Familiarity: Basic understanding of defense acquisition processes, rapid prototyping, and emerging technology domains.
• Travel: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, finance, or a related field.
Desired Skills
• Exposure to strategic adjacencies or “B Order” business growth concepts.
• Familiarity with business case evaluations for emerging products and capabilities including alternative business models (e.g., coursework, research projects).
• Technical and/or operational expertise relevant to advanced concepts.
• Experience with OSW, Intelligence Community, Combatant Commands, DARPA/IARPA, and Service S&T environments (internships, projects, or coursework).
• Eligibility or ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP clearances.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
