Omnicare is a leading provider of pharmacy services to long-term care facilities nationwide, supporting skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other institutional care settings. Following the sale of Omnicare by CVS Health, this role will support Omnicare and its continued operations as an independent, standalone organization. A Brief Overview
Certifies quality and efficiency of the backend-end departments within an Omnicare pharmacy and their operations. Coordinates processes
and assignments for the personnel responsible for the planning, organizing, and controlling of the pharmacy's over-all operations, organizing
activities, and assigning jobs accordingly to the staff. Coordinates processes for timely delivery to customers and ensures compliance with
productivity targets. Ensures compliance in adhering to necessary safety and legal procedures of working.
What you will do
Assists with coordination of processes and assignments for the Back End Operations area to ensure the delivery of consistent
work products.

Executes daily activities and operational plans for the back-end operations area's strategies to enhance the culture of
excellence and innovation across the enterprise.

Executes tasks for planning, organizing, and controlling of the pharmacy department's operations to ensure consistency
delivery of work products.

• Certifies service expectations are met while staying within budget.
• Directs workflow for all department resources and activities in relation to company objectives and set targets.
• Assists manager in implementing cost reduction principles in all aspects of pharmacy transactions and activities.
• Evaluates performance by monitoring workflow and analyzing patterns and trends to ensure quick and efficient operations.
Manages team performance through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure
delivery of exceptional services and engagement, motivation, and team development.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,888.00 - $85,068.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
