Standard Job Description
- Manages more than one functional area of manufacturing, such as machining, assembly, tool and die, packaging.
- Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
Basic Qualifications
- 3 or more years of experience leading teams in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and cost reduction strategies.
- Working experience with assemblies, Circuit Card Assembly Production and Coating application.

- IPC/WHMA 610 Certified is a plus.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
