This position is in support of SPY-1 Sustainment efforts across the US Multi Domain Combat Systems (MDCS) market segment as the SPY-1 Sustainment Lead. The SPY-1 Sustainment Lead, will be the catalyst that transforms complex technical challenges by working across teams consisting of hardware/software engineering, sustainment, obsolescence, supply chain, to create sustainment solutions to drive customer value. Work with obsolescence management team to create viable options to resolve near and long term issues associated with equipment design. This opportunity is unique as it is taking legacy technologies and modernizing them to allow sustained operations into the 2060s and beyond.

Basic Qualifications
- Knowledge of Aegis SPY-1 Radar Systems
- Familiarity with the Logistics and Sustainment of products throughout a products life cycle
- Experience interfacing with internal and external customers
- EPDM usage to pull drawings and compare parts lists
Desired Skills
- USN Logistics/Sustainment Experience
- Active Secret security clearance
- Working design interface experience
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
