Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum 8 years of prior engineering experience
-
Experience in Contract Research & Development in areas such as new business capture, proposal development, technology evaluation, program management, technical contribution, or related contract development experience
Qualifications We Prefer
-
MS in Engineering, Sciences, or Management
-
Program Management Certification or knowledge of PM lifecycle
-
Experience with business tools such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Project and Documentation management sites such as Sharepoint
-
Cost Account Management (CAM) experience
-
Earned Value Management (EVMS) experience
-
Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARS)
-
Experience in obtaining Intellectual Property on emerging technologies
-
Experience leading Internal Research & Development project
-
An active secret clearance is desired
-
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
-
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task to achieve good results across multiple priorities

Ability to work in a team environment and effectively direct, influence, motivate and supervise team members

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
