Senior Finance Manager, Cash Flow Generation, located in New Brunswick, New Jersey. This position will report to the Director, Corporate Treasury.

This position is an exciting opportunity to shepherd the CFGO in its transition from standalone initiative to permanent office within Corporate Treasury. We are looking for a leader with vision who can inspire change throughout the organization to continue to generate additional cash flow and enable capital allocation priorities. Influence without authority and executive presence will be paramount to the Senior Manager's success.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-author a vision for the future of the CFGO with the Director of Corporate Treasury
- Create new cash-flow generating initiatives throughout Johnson & Johnson
- Influence senior leaders to drive accountability in delivering initiatives
- Lead and develop a senior finance analyst
Qualifications
Required:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in finance or related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to influence leadership at all levels of the organization.
- Desire and skills to develop and implement a long-term strategy.
- Clear understanding of cash flow and its importance to corporate capital decisions.
- Track record of delivering financial results.
- Proven capacity to work in ambiguous environment.
- People leadership strongly preferred.
- Native or fluent in English. Additional language proficiency welcomed.
- This role is located in New Brunswick, NJ and will include up to 10% travel within the US and Internationally.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$122,000.00 - $212,750.00
Additional Description For Pay Transparency
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
Benefits
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
