Lead Material Fulfillment Coordinator 4 — GE Aerospace

We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Lead Material Fulfillment Coordinator 4 to monitor KPI performance, mentor teammates, and drive day‑to‑day material flow across manufacturing and logistics.

What you’ll do — high‑level responsibilities
Lead daily priorities for the material fulfillment team and coordinate work across shifts to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Productivity (SQDIP) goals.
Train, mentor and support other material handlers and stockroom staff.
Use MRP/ERP systems (Oracle) to enter and manage material transactions, resolve transaction inquiries and ensure timely work order release.
Oversee stockroom operations: kitting, release of kits to production, managing backorders and resolving floor shortages.
Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and recommendations for process improvements.
Coordinate ordering and management of supplies, filing of source documents, and physical inventory activities.
Participate in lean/continuous improvement activities for material presentation and stockroom layout.
Assist with shipping tasks (including basic foam packing machine maintenance) and access customer/carrier portals as needed.
Maintain safe, neat, and compliant workstations and follow company safety policies.
Required skills, qualifications, and experience
Below are the core requirements to be considered for this role:
Education
High School Diploma or GED required.
This role may encounter high risk or hazardous operations and/or include working shifts beyond a standard workweek. As such, a requirement of the role is to be at least 18 years of age by the time of joining.
Bachelor’s degree is desired but not required.
Experience
Technical & Functional Skills
Proficient with MRP/ERP systems; intermediate Oracle experience is desired.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Ability to interpret and act on material availability and transaction inquiries.
Experience with stockroom, shipping, or receiving functions is preferred.
Lean manufacturing / continuous improvement experience preferred.
Interpersonal & Cognitive Skills
Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
Ability to work cross‑functionally and mentor teammates in a self‑directed teaming environment.
Physical & Other Requirements

Smooth, timely material flow to production with minimal shortages.

The base pay range for this position is $30 - $35/hr. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on 9/26/2026.
