Reporting & Product Analyst
What does a successful Reporting and Product Analyst do at Fiserv?
We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented Reporting and Product Analyst to join the Financial Services team. The Financial Services team is responsible for improving merchant’s financial health: We create integrated payment solutions and build tools to help merchants manage their cashflow.In this role, you will sit at the intersection of data engineering, product strategy, and business operations. You will be responsible for translating complex product usage data and performance metrics into clear, automated reports, interactive dashboards, and actionable insights.
Working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Stakeholders, you will help monitor product health, track user behavior, evaluate feature launches, and establish self-serve reporting tools across the organization.
Reporting & Business Intelligence
Dashboard Development: Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and self-serve reporting models in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as adoption, engagement, retention, and conversion.
Product Analytics & Insights
User Behavior Analysis: Analyze end-to-end user journeys, feature utilization, and funnel drop-offs using quantitative techniques (cohort analysis, segmentation, session tracking).
Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct deep-dive data investigations to answer pressing product questions, uncover root causes of unexpected metric spikes/drops, and identify growth or UX improvement opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or reporting analyst roles within a software, SaaS, or tech-driven organization.
BI & Data Visualization: Hands-on experience building and publishing production-level dashboards using Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms.
Product Analytics Tools: Experience using event-based tracking platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, or Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
How you’ll work:
This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity. This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

Salary Range
$100,000.00 - $165,600.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
