Overview
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Janitorial Cleaner to perform a variety of cleaning duties to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly environment across assigned facilities. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the overall appearance and sanitation of the workplace, contributing to a positive experience for employees, clients, and visitors.
Pay: $21.85 per hour
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm

Responsibilities
1) Hours are from 7am to 3 pm Monday Thru Friday
2) Strong communication skills in English is needed.
3) Assisting with building management and security through radio communication is a must.
4) Mechanical skills and understanding needed for assistance in building repair.
5) Working outside and doing tasks such as Snow removal, lawn maintenance is required.
6) Working on ladders and lifts to change lightbulbs and clean high areas is required.
7) Clean DMV check of driving record is required.
Job consists of taking ownership in the appearance and upkeep of buildings within the Office Park. Some scheduled overtime on weekends may be required.
Qualifications
Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or general cleaning roles is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
