Do you want to help executives navigate disruption at a scale and speed they've never faced before? Are you the kind of person who sees a hard problem and leans in instead of looking away? You're exactly who we're looking for.
AI is reshaping industries overnight. Global markets are shifting faster than playbooks can keep up. Entire business models are being rewritten in real time. For the leaders steering through it, this isn't a moment for more of the same… it's a moment that demands fresh thinking, bold moves, and partners who can see around corners. There has never been a more exciting time to be a strategic advisor — join us for this moment!
Is this You?
You're drawn to hard problems, not easy answers. You follow market dynamics for fun. You're curious about what's disrupting an industry before it ever makes the news. You read about a company making a bold strategic bet and find yourself thinking about what drove the decision, and how to execute that vision.
You don't need to have it all figured out yet. But, you care about creating value for organizations, not just how a plan might read on a page. You're sharp enough to find the signal in messy data. You're genuinely excited about AI, not as a buzzword, but as something you want to learn to use in real, high-stakes situations. And, you're ambitious enough to want your work to matter starting now, not eventually.
If you want to become the kind of advisor executives trust with their hardest decisions, it starts at Deloitte as an Enterprise Strategy Analyst.
Recruiting for this role ends on 11/01/2026.
What You’ll Do
Your work will feed the decisions executives can't afford to get wrong.
Here's what that looks like day to day: you'll get a problem that isn't fully defined, and part of your job is figuring out the right question before you can even get to an answer. You'll dig into data, build the analysis, and find the insight that changes how a client sees their situation; you’ll be exposed to the latest AI tools and accelerators. You will learn to communicate your recommendation clearly to Executives who've been running companies longer than you've been in the workforce.
The questions that you will wrestle with are often broad, and cut across a client’s organizational domains:
- What portfolio changes will drive growth?
- Where might I cut costs or restructure to reinvest for my future?
- How should I reimagine my operations in light of macroeconomic or competitive dynamics to win?
- How is AI changing how consumers and businesses buy, and what products and experiences must companies offer to meet those changing expectations?
- What does it take to turn a bold strategic bet into realized value?
- How should we restructure our workforce as AI reshapes what work means, and how do we bring people through that change without losing momentum?
- Where can we create the greatest value from AI, and how should we address the rising token costs that our organizations are facing?
These are a few illustrative questions that clients are asking, and that YOU will address as part of our team!
Your work will span the full arc of strategic advising: diagnosing where a business stands, charting where it needs to go, and designing the transformation required to get there. You'll be expected to think, not just execute — and to bring a perspective into every conversation.
The best strategies aren't measured by the quality of the deck — they're road-tested and measured by the value they create. Strategy and execution aren't separate disciplines. As an Enterprise Strategy Analyst at Deloitte, you’ll learn how to connect the two.
How You’ll Grow
Here's the honest version: this work will stretch you. You'll be dropped into problems that don't come with instructions, asked to have a point of view before you feel fully ready to have one, and expected to keep going when the first answer isn't the right one. That's where growth happens.
You won't do it alone. Our apprenticeship model means coaching and feedback show up at every stage of the journey — not just in a formal review, but in the moment, on the job, from people who've walked the path you're on now.
The skills you'll build as an Enterprise Strategy Analyst are the foundation of a modern strategic advisor: how to turn messy data into a clear insight, how to build the analysis and financial fluency that earns credibility in the room, and how to communicate a point of view clearly enough that it actually changes someone's thinking. You can be a future executive advisor or future CXO. We’ll get you ready for both.
Where You'll Focus
We advise Fortune 500 clients across all industries, serving both Corporate and Private Equity sponsors. That range is intentional. Early on, you'll move across industries and problem types, because the fastest way to find where you want to go deep is to see the full landscape first. Over time, that breadth turns into depth: you'll build real expertise in an industry or capability, the kind that makes you the person people call when a specific problem shows up.
