This Role has a high focus on Design for Factory Efficiency and 3D Printing. The products you model will likely be turned around in a matter of days of weeks. And they will be documented for future work.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform troubleshooting on a wide variety of moderate to highly complex 3D Printer Problems
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of how your design will impact the factory floor
- Understand the basic process flow of the factory floor
- Work with engineering instructions and standard procedures on duties as required
- Understand how to make an engineering drawing
- Utilize AI tools to ensure brisk trouble shooting
- Work with various groups to understand equipment functionality for current and future production needs
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required
- Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time

Required Education, Experience, & Skills - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering or other engineering field
- Multigroup task management
- Must be able to obtain a secret clearance
- Adept at conveying information clearly and persuasively across diverse audiences
- Experience with basic disassembly and re-assembly processes
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills 3 Months of technical experiance in a 3D Printing lab
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $64926 - $110374
