What you´ll do
- Lead and execute the end-to-end quality strategy—ensuring company quality standards are met at every stage from raw material sourcing to final product delivery—while maintaining oversight and alignment across additional sites in Texas
- Monitor quality performance metrics across the supply chain and generate statistical reports to inform decision making
- Develop and deliver high quality training programs for employees throughout the supply chain to ensure understanding of quality standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement preventative measures to mitigate quality risks throughout the supply chain.
- Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, & customer service to ensure quality is integrated
