This role offers the opportunity to work on Military Satellite Communications (SATCOM) Ground Systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the software environment for testing and running microservices-based web applications along side legacy applications. Must be a US Citizen; this position will require obtaining a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience with microservices architecture, Docker, containerization (e.g. Kubernetes), and virtualization technologies ( VMWare ).
- Experience with Linux (RHEL, RockyOS) administration and hardening and Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Experience with DevSecOps using CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency with git and version control systems (Git, GitLab) in a team setting.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, and/or PowerShell
- Experience with Ansible and/or YAML
- Proven classified infrastructure support and administration experience
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and SDLC promotion strategies.
- Proven Team Leadership Experience
- Final secret clearance
Desired Skills
- Demonstrated experience with configuring Solaris systems.
- Previous experience with ClearCase/ClearQuest.
- Knowledge of secrets management platforms and software (e.g. Vault).
- Experience with DoD requirements and processes including Risk Management Framework requirements within classified environments.
- Experience with agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM, Kanban) with past experience as a Product Owner and/or Scrum Mater
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $135700.00 - $251900.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
