Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.
The PAC-3 Sustainment Operations Program seeks a Field Surveillance Program (FSP) Coordinator to lead reviews, manage data, and ensure seamless collaboration across functional teams, customers, and partners.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Plan, manage, and facilitate multi-functional reviews with senior program leadership, customers, and partners to align sustainment objectives
- Collaborate with Sustainment Program Management to validate data, aggregate findings, and communicate trends
- Assign ownership of action items, set suspense dates, and drive timely resolutions
- Provide clear communication methods for data collection, constraints, and expectations
- Orchestrate collaborative sessions and informal reviews to drive project success
- Coordinate off-site review locations for customers and partners as required
- Track and manage internal actions using Microsoft Teams other tools
- Develop overlapping timelines for multiple concurrent reviews
- Security & Export Awareness: Apply International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Security, and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) handling procedures to all documents and communications
- Travel several times per year to support customer meetings
