As an OpenCPI Senior Software Engineer you will work within a multi-skilled team, using the OpenCPI framework to build, test, and optimize software-defined radio systems and RF applications. You’ll work closely with peers, Delivery Managers and Technical Leads to ensure that the customer mission requirements are achieved in efficient and innovative ways.
Key Responsibilities:
- OpenCPI Framework Utilization – Undertake the development and integration of software-defined radio systems using the OpenCPI framework.
- System Design & Integration – Operate within a cross-functional team designing and integrating RF communication systems, ensuring seamless operation within complex mission environments.
- Test & Measurement – Engage in test driven development strategies and consider testing throughout the development lifecycle of an application, leveraging OpenCPI for effective system verification and validation.
- Software Optimization – Optimize the performance of OpenCPI-based systems, ensuring maximum efficiency and reliability on an exciting variety of hardware platforms.
- Innovation – Embrace the use of the latest AI/ML tooling and hybrid cloud compute environments to deliver results that continually outpace and challenge the status quo.
- Collaboration & Reporting – Use Agile principles and strong communication to work with peers and leaders to ensure that our delivery is providing the right solution on time.
