What You'll Be Doing:
- Optimize Operations: Manage budgets effectively and find innovative ways to reduce costs while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Build Strong Relationships: Establish and maintain open lines of communication with clients and team members to exceed service expectations.
- Ensure Excellence: Oversee the cleanliness and safety of facilities, ensuring adherence to the highest standards.

What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is a big plus.
- Educational Background: A high school diploma or GED is required, though a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: 2-5 years of supervisory experience in custodial or facilities services, with a track record of managing at least 40 employees.
- Environment: experience working in a campus environment, servicing multiple sites
- Skills: Excellent communication, resilience under pressure, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
- Technical Know-How: Strong digital literacy, especially with Microsoft Office, and a valid Driver’s License.
- Live in or able to relocate to Stillwater, OK. Relocation assistance available!
